Well, folks. Here it is. The final game of the MLB season. The last chance to play MLB DFS for five months. Of course, we still have plenty of DFS coverage for the NHL and NFL, but let’s take a look at some values and see if we can finish the 2019 MLB season on a winning note.
Last night the Houston Astros got their first win of the series behind a solid performance from Zack Greinke. Tonight they will look to even the series at two games apiece. Let’s see what players we should have in our MLB DFS lineups.
Today we have a couple of Game Twos. I will run down the players who should return value and will get you points whether you are playing a Classic matchup or a Showdown in MLB DFS. There may be a Captain or two in this group and we know how valuable a cheaper option can be. Let’s get to it.

This second installment of “Into the 80s with Tom Greene” took a few days longer than I, or even the Astros, had anticipated. But, nonetheless, the Astros become the third team this season to join the 80-win club. This comes at no surprise to baseball fans, as the Astros have seemingly controlled the AL West since 2015. L.A. Dodgers ace Walker Buehler appears to be the safest option at SP1. However, a couple of lesser-priced options are a good way to balance out your lineup. Houston is facing Dylan Bundy and the Orioles at hitter-friendly Camden Yards. The Yankees are facing another one of the Blue Jays young prospects. The Red Sox are in plus-matchup at home to the Angels and the Padres are at home against Kyle Freeland who has really hit the skids of late. These are all prime spots for high scoring totals.
