Happy weekend everyone, lots of high-profile games on this nine-game evening slate. The Leafs and Habs renew their rivalry in Montreal, the surging Blue Jackets visit the Flyers, Calgary and Winnipeg meet up for an outdoor game for the Heritage Classic, and finally, in perhaps the game of the night, the high-flying Nashville Predators visit last year’s President’s trophy winners, the Tampa Bay Lightning. Leafs Nation, who let’s be honest, are some of the most widespread, loyal, and in their own minds, most knowledgeable fan bases in all of hockey. Fans are already chomping at the bit and are quick to point out who should be playing on what line and with whom.
