Los Angeles Chargers draft review Justin Herbert

Los Angeles Chargers Draft Review

Sam Schneider | May 1st, 2020

The Los Angeles Chargers started free agency like a shock-wave. The right side of the offensive line was fortified and they added key pieces to the defense that made it potentially one of the best in the league in a weaponized division. Coming off a 5-11 season that included three straight losses to close the campaign, that was only the start. Seattle Seahawks Pre Free Agency Seven Round Mock Draft

Ethan Hewett   | March 10th, 2020

The Seattle Seahawks had a much better season than most expected. Russell Wilson made miracles happen behind a lackluster offensive line, Tyler Lockett, and rookie receiver D.K. Metcalf. Even as the running game lost their top two running backs in Rashaad Penny and Chris Carson by season’s end, this team still put up a fight in the playoffs getting eliminated in the divisional round against the Green Bay Packers. Seattle put up a respectable 11-5 record in a solid season. Continue reading

Buffalo Bills Pre Free Agency Seven-Round Mock Draft

Givanni Damico | February 7th, 2020

The Buffalo Bills made a nice run during the 2019 season, finishing 10-6 and making the wildcard game. Unfortunately, they blew a lead to the Texans, so they are still winless in the playoffs in recent history. The culture is meshing well in Buffalo right now. The coaching staff has it figured out and this group of guys resembles a true team. They have a tough 2020 schedule, so they will need to add some talent, especially on offense, in order to compete next season.

Corrigan’s Gambling Corner: Week Three

Daniel Corrigan | January 26th, 2020

Welcome back. We are on the board in 2020 with a solid 3-1 week. I have decided to give more picks rather than just a “lock of the week” or an “over of the week.” I know I wake up in the morning and instantly check the lines for the day. Which is weird, because I live in Ohio, a place that won’t allow me to place bets.

Buck-Guys Talk Podcast: The Browns are Nerds

Daniel Corrigan | January 14th, 2020

The National Championship was going on while we recorded, which marks the end to the college football season. But the biggest topic on the show was the Astros cheating scandal that rocked the Astros, and possibly the Boston Red Sox. With that being said, Dj updated the 2018 MLB Playoff results.

Tom Greene  | December 24th, 2019

Festivus, Christmas, the College Football Playoff, and Michigan-Alabama are all upon us!

We also discussed, at length, about his encounter with Marty Smith, and how humbling he, and that experience, was.

Check out this episode for a great discussion about football and networking! We both aspire to work in the business, and Jack has a great head start in that!

Wisconsin Set For Rematch VS Ohio State But This Time With Big Ten Title On The Line

Raul Vazquez | December 7th, 2019

We have already seen this matchup earlier in the season.

On October 26th, the 6-1 Badgers met the undefeated Buckeyes in Columbus. Wisconsin had been coming off of a stunning upset to the Fighting Illini after starting off the year incredibly hot while Ohio State continued their dominance over the rest of the country.

Gio’s NFL Mock Draft 2.0

Givanni Damico | November 15th, 2019

Welcome to my first mock draft since April! Click here for my first mock draft. A lot, and I mean a lot has changed since May. Some people have completely fallen out of favor and are no longer in my top 100.

There are plenty of teams who have way too many needs to cover in one round, so I apologize in advance for the people asking “Why didn’t you give my team (insert player that won’t fall to said team here).” The draft order that I used in May has changed drastically, but some teams are still around the same pick.

Wisconsin No Longer Undefeated After Shocking Loss At Illinois

Raul Vazquez | October 21st, 2019

Damico’s Depository: Ten College Football Locks For Week Six

Givanni Damico | October 4th, 2019

This week, I’m going to introduce a new “segment”, if you will, to this article. This is inspired by “Bear’s Bank” on College Gameday. The Bear has such a poor picking record at picking spreads that I decided I must take it into my own hands to challenge him. So obviously, he’s a few weeks ahead of me, so this week I will pick 10 of my locks for this week and see if I can eventually have a better record than Chris Fallica and claim my throne. To make sure the article isn’t too long, I will do separate articles for my locks and my game picks.

Paul Brown: The greatest coach in football history

Michael Pallas | Aug 25th, 2019

Paul Brown is the greatest coach in the history of football. Your first inclination may be to think to yourself, “The greatest football coach in history is Bill Belichick.” If this were to account for just the National Football League, I would agree with you. He has won two Super Bowls as an assistant and has coached in nine as the head coach of the Patriots, winning six. That is hard to argue. Continue reading

Heisman Dark Horses

Tyler Forness | June 17th, 2019

At the beginning of every season, college football experts and fans compile a short list of candidates for the Heisman Trophy. Every list compiled will have any previous winner, finalist and breakout players from the previous year. Almost every season though, we have one or two finalists that come out of nowhere, including past winners Lamar Jackson, Johnny Manziel and Tim Tebow. In today’s piece, I will take a look at 3 players who could become the next Heisman winner to seemingly come out of nowhere. Continue reading

The NCAA is Ruining the Transfer Portal

Givanni Damico| June 8th, 2019

The NCAA is as corrupt of an organization as they come. When the idea of the transfer portal came into fruition, I loved it. I still love the concept, but the NCAA has so poorly mismanaged it to the point where it’s a popularity contest as to who’s waiver gets accepted or denied. Continue reading

2019 NFL Mock Draft: Heisman Night Special

Mike Fanelli and Givanni Damico | December 8th, 2018

Now that the college football regular season is over the biggest thing to debate is who will win the Heisman Trophy Award tonight? After that, it’s bowl season and the college football playoffs. But as all that unfolds, several college players have already declared for the 2019 NFL draft. While we still have over five months until the draft kicks off in Nashville, Tennessee, there is no bad time to check out a mock draft. As a reminder, both of us made 16 picks and we do hate your favorite team.

Way Too Early 2019 NFL Mock Draft

Mike Fanelli and Givanni Damico | November 9th, 2018

The 2018 NFL regular season is just barely halfway over, yet it is never too early for an NFL mock draft. Plenty will change between now and the draft in April and by no means can Gio or myself see into the future. Both of us made 16 selections each and please remember we hate your team.
