Five Bold Predictions for the Baltimore Ravens

Lamar Jackson took the league by storm last year with electricity. He won the MVP pretty handily after accounting for 43 total touchdowns, 1,200 rushing yards, and 3,127 passing yards. He embraced the city and they’ve embraced him back. The Ravens have their quarterback and star of the future, and they’ve surrounded him with talent. I expect this team to compete for the Super Bowl and win more than 11 games. Here are five bold predictions that I think will help make that happen.

Baltimore Ravens 2019 Season Recap

After taking over from an injured Joe Flacco late in the 2018 season and not relinquishing the job after that, Lamar Jackson showed enough in his minimal time as the starter. In a sign of good faith, Baltimore would make the decision to trade their long-time starter that offseason. This led the path wide open for Jackson, he would come out like gangbusters in the opening week, throwing for 324 yards and 5 touchdowns on 17 competitions against the Miami Dolphins.
