A full helping of games awaits us for Friday night. Make sure to pay close attention to lineup construction and news on potential capping of starting pitchers innings from here until Sunday. Many managers will rest players to close out the season if there is nothing left to gain. Bats to focus on will be the Bronx Bombers at Globe Life Stadium in Texas and the Brew Crew and the Rockies at Coors. Hopefully, La Machine thanks me after the end of the season with all the promotion I’ve been giving him. Just like the weather this weekend the man stayed hot. He batted .423 this week and has only been hitless in one game since the end of the all-star break, and 27 of his last 29 games. Continue reading →
