Mike Fanelli | January 8th, 2019

The 2019 NFL season is still several months away but it’s never too early to get ready the fantasy season. With free agency, trades and the NFL draft still to come, many of these players’ fantasy value will change for the upcoming season. In a four-part series, I take a shot in the dark and rank the top quarterbacks, running backs, wide receivers and tight ends for 2019 redraft leagues.

Week 17 Start Em’ Sit Em’

Frank Dyevoich | December 29th, 2018

Most fantasy football championships were won in Week 16 so Congratulations to those of you who have brought home that coveted title in 2018! For those of you still competing in Week 17, you are doing it wrong. Week 17 is usually just as unpredictable as the pre-season because many teams have locked up their playoff position and have nothing to play for which results in many teams resting their starters. This messes up the entire fantasy arena because the superstars who carried you all the way through the playoffs are not going to play and you are left searching the waiver wire for backup players that are going to see a ton of volume. Further, some teams that are out of playoff contention also choose to rest their superstars because they do not want them to suffer a serious injury that may threaten their availability in 2019 in a completely meaningless game. Therefore, first and foremost, stop playing your championships in Week 17. For those of you still with a title on the line, the following start/sit recommendations are based on this week’s matchups and whether or not teams have anything to play for in Week 17.

Travis Finkel | December 27th, 2018

What’s up people that still play Fantasy Football in Week 17. Despite the news that multiple teams may be resting their starters, who are also probably your studs, fantasy championships still rest in the balance of Week 17 performances. Fantasy football should end in Week 16, but that’s just my opinion, and who cares what I think, you do you. Let’s check out some streamers that could help you win a championship in Week 17.

Week 16 Streaming Options: QB, TE, K, D/ST, and Deep “Boom” Plays

Travis Finkel | December 19th, 2018

Week 15 was one for the record books. The record books that no one wants to open. Ever. Week 15 was a historically low scoring week in the NFL and if you survived, you better thank your lucky stars because you made it to Week 16. Week 16 is championship week in most leagues and if you’re still streaming anything but defenses at this point, you might as well just put all your chips on black and keep it rolling because something has worked wonders to get you here. Week 16 is made for miracles, so maybe some of these suggestions hold just what you need to win the trophy. Make sure to remember exactly what you do on Sunday morning because if you win, you now have a superstitious routine that you have to do forever if you ever want to win again.

Week 16 Waiver Wire Adds

Frank Dyevoich | December 18th, 2018

It seems like just yesterday that we were mock drafting three to five times a day leading up to the most glorious day of the year, fantasy football draft day, and now we are preparing for the final matchup to determine the champion. Oh, how time flies when you are having fun!

Week 15 Start ‘Em Sit ‘Em

Frank Dyevoich | December 16th, 2018

Congratulations if you have made it to your semi-finals and are still fighting for that coveted fantasy football championship. There is only one more week before our championship rounds, unless you play in Week 17, so now is the time to focus even harder and analyze our lineup options with a fine-toothed comb because one wrong move and it spell disaster for everything that we have worked so hard to accomplish this year. The most important rule is not to get cute with your lineups. Last week, Joe Mixon had a tough matchup and Sony Michel had a delicious one, but if you started Michel over Mixon you fell flat. Mixon is a stud and you start your studs. The following start and sit recommendations are based on this week’s matchups.

Week 15 Streaming Options: QB, TE, K, D/ST, and Deep “Boom” Plays

Travis Finkel | December 13th, 2018

It’s Week 2 of the fantasy playoffs for most of you. Hopefully, Dak and Lamar led you to glory. Hopefully, Josh Allen can lead you to glory this week if you can’t get your hands on Dak. I’m hesitant about Lamar Jackson given that Joe Flacco could steal snaps from him. Every point counts now. Full-time starters > quarterbacks named the starters who might surrender some passing snaps. So I would rather play Josh Allen than Lamar Jackson this week despite the Tampa Bay matchup.
