Five Bold Predictions for the Atlanta Falcons

The 2019 NFL season was one of two halves for the Atlanta Falcons. After starting the season 1-7, many thought the Falcons were heading towards a top-five pick in the 2020 draft. However, after their week nine bye, the Falcons turned it around, going 6-2 over their last eight games and finished second in the NFC South with a 7-9 record. The second half turnaround saved head coach Dan Quinn’s job. No one believed the team could turn their season around last year, so here are my five bold predictions for the Falcons in 2020.

Carolina Panthers Post Free Agency Seven Round Mock Draft

The Carolina Panthers have entered a new era of football. They cleaned out the coaching staff and brought in former Baylor Bears Head Coach Matt Rhule to lead the Panthers into the next decade of football. With a new offensive-minded coach, the offseason consisted of getting pieces around running back Christian McCaffrey, whom the Panthers just gave a four-year, $64 million dollar contract. They started by giving quarterback Teddy Bridgewater a three-year, $63 million contract and also brought in former XFL star quarterback P.J. Walker. The Panthers also added receivers Robby Anderson and Seth Roberts.

Mike’s 2020 NFL Mock Draft 2.0 (Round Two)

Yesterday I posted part one of my 2.0 mock draft. Today we have part two. After projecting six hypothetical trades in round one, there are five more hypothetical trades in round two. As I mentioned yesterday, everyone loves a mock draft, so while we wait for the combine and then free agency to happen, enjoy the rest of my 2.0 mock draft. Without further ado, the Cincinnati Bengals are back on the clock.
