After making the playoffs in 2017 and 2018, it was thought the Colorado Rockies would contend in the National League West, or at least find themselves in the playoffs, none of that would be the case. Next up in our 2020 MLB season previews, we head out West to San Diego to preview the Padres season. The young Padres team has some promise as they try to get back to the postseason for the first time since 2006. They won’t be able to compete with the Dodgers in the NL West, but they can compete for a wild card spot if things go right.
