This is the Scorecrow Mock Draft 2.0 and boy is this a doozy. We have trades galore and plenty of hot takes with these picks that they will surely get a rise out of some of you.

Again Mike Fanelli will be picking with me, this time we split teams by conference. Mike has control of the NFC teams and I have control of the AFC teams so it should be easy to decide who you tweet your love or hate it.

FSU Cuts Ties with Embattled Quarterback Deondre Francois

It was announced Sunday that Florida State quarterback Deondre Francois had been dismissed from the team due to allegations of abuse from his former girlfriend. Reports of abuse are dated back to January of 2018 but Saturday evening a video emerged that didn’t show either Francois or his girlfriend at the time. Rather it was just audio of the two allegedly arguing.

Football Continues Even After Superbowl

Prior to 2019, when the Superbowl ended so did football games and practices until OTAs started after the draft.  2019 is different because the week after the big game ends a new football league will begin its inaugural season.  The Alliance of American Football will begin its first season February 9th.

Senior Bowl Media Day Highlights

Yesterday was media day down in Mobile for the Senior Bowl players and media. We were able to hear from all the players and coaches that are down here and even the director of the event Jim Nagy. I personally got to talk to a handful of players and asked all sorts of questions and got a wide range of answers back.

In a game where some of the talent was recommended by Matt Miller of Bleacher Report, the NFLPA will be having there Collegiate Bowl. It is a game that falls under the severe shadow from the Shrine game and Senior Bowl as far as the college all-star games go. That doesn’t mean it doesn’t deserve to be watched.
