NBA DFS Fave Five: February 11th, 2020

Josh Livi  | February 11th, 2020

Wow! We had a pretty good night winning some big money! Only five games tonight, unfortunately. But, we still have lots of players to choose from! So let’s dive into them and get to it!

Guard: Chris Paul– Los Angeles Clippers (DK-$6,800) (FD-$7,100)

CP3 is severely underpriced here. He is still an all-star. He is coming off a game where he scored 22 points, five rebounds, five assists on 33 minutes. Paul gets a cupcake matchup against the San Antonio Spurs. I don’t think anyone in the Spurs is capable of stopping CP3. Over his last 10 games, he’s scored 20 or more points six times, averaging 20.5 points, 7.0 assists, 5.2 boards, 1.5 steals, and 1.4 threes during that span. Look for him to come close to a double-double!

Forward: Chandler Hutchison-Chicago Bulls (DK-$4,600) (FD-$4,500)

About time! Hutchison has been cruising as of late. He’s averaging 30 minutes over his last few games and that’s contributing to some pretty good fantasy returns. Coming off a game where he put up five points, seven rebounds, and four assists don’t look pretty, but that does equate to 22 fantasy points. The matchup tonight can’t get any better for Hutchison as he gets the Washington Wizards. Get him in your lineup and lock him in!

Power Forward: Davis Bertans– Chicago Bulls (DK-$5,400) (FD-$5,600)

Still can’t get over how Bertans is this cheap. As mentioned above, the Bulls get the Wizards tonight, who aren’t very good at that whole “let’s play defense thing”. Bertans is averaging 27.8 fantasy points per game. He is arguably one of the best shooters in the league. Minutes aren’t an issue for him, and the matchup tonight only makes it more enticing for me to grab him in all my lineups. He is my SLEEPER of the night.

Center: Daniel Theis– Boston Celtics (DK-$5,100) (FD-$4,400)

Who can guess why Theis is my center pick of the night? If you said, “because he is facing P.J. Tucker,” you are correct! We are going to pick on the guard-like “big man” for the Houston Rockets. Tucker can’t stop big men, and I’m expecting the Celtics to pound the ball down low and Theis to go bonkers. He is already coming off a nice double-double where he put up 13 points and 11 rebounds on 30 minutes. I’m expecting more of the same tonight against the nonexistent center the Rockets are throwing out.

Util: Bradley Beal-Washington Wizards (DK-$9,500) (FD-$10.300)

We got to have some star power on our Fave Five tonight! We have a few players already mentioned from this Wizards and Bulls game. I’m expecting it to be a very high scoring game with not a lot of defense being played. The over-under for this game is at 230 which is highest on the slate. Besides the high scoring possibility, Beal is a stud. Scoring 46.8 fantasy points per game. Most notably, his 48 fantasy-point performance against the Dallas Mavericks. Beal is going to pour it on tomorrow night. Get him in your lineup and enjoy the show!

That does it for this edition of Livi’s Fave Five. Hope you guys win some big money tonight, and good luck!!
